The present general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the sale of courses offered on our online platform 360-DRAWING.COM. By placing an order on our website, you unconditionally accept these GTC.

• online courses to learn how to create immersive illustrations in 360°. The site is accessible free of charge (except for access to courses) from anywhere by any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.

Non-member Users do not have access to reserved services. To do so, they must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for reserved services, member Users undertake to provide sincere and accurate information regarding their personal status and contact details, including their email address.

To access the services, Users must then identify themselves using their username and password.

Any registered member User may also request their unsubscribe by sending an email to [email protected]. The unsubscribe will be effective within a reasonable period of time.

Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification for maintenance purposes does not engage the responsibility of 360-drawing.com. In these cases, Users agree not to hold the publisher accountable for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

Purpose of the contract

Our platform offers online courses in the field of 360° creation. The products sold are described accurately and presented on our website. The offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

Price

The prices indicated on our website are in euros excluding tax because VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the General Tax Code. Prices do not include fees related to Internet access or your internet service provider. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we undertake to apply the rates in effect at the time of ordering.

Order

The order is placed on our website via a secure process. You must follow the steps indicated to finalize your order. Any order implies acceptance of prices and descriptions of products available for sale.

Payment

Payment is made exclusively by credit card through the Stripe platform. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a confirmation email containing your invoice. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.

Access to courses

Once we have received your payment, we will send you by email the necessary information to access your online courses. You have unlimited access to purchased courses for a specified duration at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

According to regulations, there is no legal withdrawal period for “the supply of audio or video recordings, or computer software when unsealed by the consumer”. Therefore, there is no legal withdrawal period once the ordered product has been downloaded or accessed. Source: Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, signs as well as all content on the site (texts, images, videos, sounds…) are protected by intellectual property law, particularly copyright.
